If you allow yourself a 400 calorie dinner, cut back 50 calories a day for the next 4 days (or eat 600 and cut back 100 calories a day for the next 4 days), and then you're back on track. :)

I'd like to get back to 140 lbs. (I'm 5'6), so 10 lbs. I'm set at losing .5 lb a week: 1,650 calories a day. I can't go any lower than that, as I love food! Lol

1/2 cup cottage cheese 1 scoop chocolate protein powder 2 tbsp PB2 1 banana 1 tbsp sugar free chocolate pudding mix 2 packets Stevia 1/2-3/4 cup water Handful of ice cubes Blend and enjoy! Soooooo good! :)

Amy's frozen meals are pretty good, and a lot healthier than the other stuff you see at the store. Kind of pricey though.

Yes, I enjoy seeing how I did at the end of the day. I'm keeping a special watch on my sugar intake, as I have a huge sweet tooth that I want to get rid of!

I would think that as soon as you start eating solid food again, the weight would come right back. It also sounds miserable. Liquids don't fill me. If I had just shakes for lunch and dinner, I would be one irritable you know what. :-O

I agree! I am on thyroid meds and a few others. They haven't caused me to gain weight. I gained weight because I let it happen.

Yes, I do believe that. I am 5'6 and look and feel good at 140. That is a number that I can maintain fairly easy. I was 130-135 until I hit 40, but it was a struggle to maintain.

I'm 915 under (I started tracking Tuesday). This is the MFP app for phones/the tracker. If you go to "nutrition" and then "weekly", it will show a bar graph and show a number: net calories under weekly goal. This is the part I don't understand. ???

I really like the Life Choice protein bars (I get them at Wal-Mart). The peanut butter are yummy, and the fudge graham are often dessert for me....soooo good!

My husband dropped 20 lbs. in 4 months just by cutting (way) down on carbs. He never counts calories. Me? There is no way I can live without my carbs, lol ETA: Congratulations on your weight loss. That is a tremendous accomplishment!!!

I know that when I tried Weight Watchers out, a 3 Musketeers bar was one of the lowest point chocolate bars I could find in their database.

I don't like anything heavy in the morning. I usually have some yogurt or toast...maybe a protein shake.

I can't eat them because of the high fiber content. My stomach is really sensitive to fiber. :-/ My daughter loves them however (although she did say you have to acquire a taste for them).
