I'm cutting 25g carbs out a week until I get to 100. I started at 225g/day. But like you I need to maintain muscle mass so I add 10g protein every week I cut carbs. I started at 250g/day, currently at 280g/day for protein. I try to keep fats around 25%. I'll post some before after pics when I reach my goal to see how well…

Metabolic damage is my guess from all that awful food. I don't think your metabolism just backs off that quickly....

I don't think it's a self hatred thing with fat people. It's just not healthy to be fat, so they make it a goal to lose weight for themselves and/or people who rely/care about them. IMO

Squats, wide stance squats, deadlifts and lunges with a barbell on your back, none of that dumbell nonsense. I know I'm a guy but girls ask me this all the time lol

I love the gym but i get burned out sometimes. I make myself go though because I compete and can't miss workouts. I also see a therapist every other week because it helps me deal with anger. You just have to tell dude to make similar commitments and stick with it. Otherwise he will become invalid to you.

I do my cardio before work and my strength training after. I like to start and end the day in the gym but that's just me.

Just double my cardio. I ate a papa johns pizza last nite which was around 1500 calories so today I did my usual 45 min treadmill cardio this morning p, but I got another sprint workout I gotta do when I get off work because I ate that pizza. I never beat myself up over just 2x cardio the next day.

This is exactly what I was thinking. It is very important to not let the fish/shrimp type entrees sit in the fridge more than a day. Bad personal experience.

Get your weight every third week. Adjusting you macros sporadically causes metabolic damage.

I made a pizza once using cauliflower as the crust. It was actually pretty good. I found the recipe on YouTube in case you wanted to try it.
