  • I'm on a 1200 calorie a day diet. Having said that, i find it quite easy. I have found that most of the time i eat out of boredom not hunger, so i try to distract myself or drink water.   • I am slightly dairy intolerant (can have a small amout without too much bother). I also react to cheese (my eye lids swell up a few hours after eating it), apparently it is animal rennet.
