Depending on the workout I burn any where from 150 (yoga) to 600 (Body Combat or Insanity) I am only adding back 200 or so, to allow for inaccuracy in the burn reported by my HRM and to add a little boost to my weight loss efforts. Running that distance (congrats y the way!!) forces your body to swell up big time! You are probaly also retaining a lot of water which will make you feel puffy. Give it a few days and try not to worry!!
