Ok, so here is my starting info - weight 196.8, waist 40", hips 47", thigh 25.5" Did my first workout this morning and I am eager to do it again tomorrow :happy: Looking forward to seeing how much progress we all can make in 30 days!!

What perfect timing!! I just received mine in the mail yesterday and just finished doing it for the first time :happy: So count me in. It is my understanding that we are supposed to do the dvd every day, is that correct???

I am always up for a challange!! I think I will set two goals for myself 1) to keep challenging myself in regards to my workouts. If it is getting easier, do something to make it harder!! 2) lose 9lbs in the eight weeks. I weighed 199.4 this morning so my goal is 190.4
