I made up this recipe and I like it but the consistency of the cookies is different just to warn you.

Gold Medal - All Natural Whole Wheat Flour, 2 cup
Sugars - Granulated (sucrose), 0.5 cup
Splenda - Brown Sugar Blend, 0.5 cup
Ocean Spray - Craisins, 0.3 cup
Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute Oatmeal, 1.5 cup dry
Motts - Natural Unsweetened Apple Sauce, about a cup
Ghiradelli Dark Chocolate Chips - Dark Chocolate Chips, 100 chips (or I'll use semi-sweet ones, they're smaller so you can use more).

I've also made them without the craisins and a few tablespoons of cocoa powder to make them extra chocolatey :)
