  • i always think running is more of a workout i am a runner...but if you up the dumb reistant and speed on the elliptical it can be a freaking workout...seriously think about it...if 5 is too easy go harder...if running is hard push through it...if its easy your not working hard enough...
  • diets dont work...just so you know...a well balanced food consumption along with an active lifestyle is the only way to keep weight off...diets are just quick fixes that dont last...

  • i dont run on tredmils for that very reason i get shin splints like no other...but when running outside im fine :) try it out side and see if it happens there too...

  • some people can run everyday i am a runner and i cant...i have to take a day off...but you have to see how your body feels when running...when i run i typically run a 5k when i run if not a bit more...but i cross train as well to help prevent injury

  • wear supportive bras...if you think level 1 has a lot of jumping level 2 and level 3 will be a CHALLENGE...i just started level 3 and its a **** TON of jumping...i am a D and wear a regular cotton bra from VS and a sports bra from Target...it keeps them from moving :) but get prepared it gets more intesne and more jumping…

  • what is your budget? be sure that when you do get new shoes they are good quality shoes...i have friends who by cheaper shoes and have to replace them more than i do and i buy more expensive shoes...you want quality not just afforable :)
  • i have dried fruit at work before (i work at a preschool/daycare) and we used just cut up fruit put it in a dehydrater and waited a day or two :) it was awesome we did apples, pears, bananas!!! they may have done more i cant remember i know they have made properie too lol

  • everyone is different...i push through the cramps....i focus my breathing on that spot like forcing my air to go there to help relieve the pain and tightness...you can also strech your arm up in hopes to relieving the pain...but as i said everyone is different you have to decide what works for you
