I have that same problem and have wondered how people can burn so many calories in one day. I usually burn from 300 (for weight training) to 500 (for running) depending on how long I work out and what I do. I work out for 60-90 minutes in the morning starting at 4:30am. I work full time and have a 2 1/2 year old son so I…

I wouldn't let that get to me.. You aren't doing this for her so who cares what her opinion is. She probably wishes she could do what you've done.

I got a badass looking sweetheart. He's a Retired US Marine who could still kick some serious *kitten*, but he's the most patient and loving man I've ever met. To see him with our son just makes me heart swell. Oh and he loves cats.

You might not notice it this week at all. I've done this too and I still had a loss the week after my slip up it was just smaller then it could have been. However, if you can stop it now I would recommend it .. if you keep going over your calorie goal you will most likely end up with a gain. Last week I lost 3 lbs and then…

Happily married to my husband for 5 years-- we have a 2y/o son. First email April 2005, met face to face June 2005, he asked me to marry him Oct 2005 and we were married June 2006. Our son was born Dec 2008. If you really want something to work and so does he then anything can be done.

I guess I'm not sure what you want people to say.. if your question is can a marriage over come an affair the answer is yes, if both people are willing to work and want it to work. But it sounds like your soon to be ex doesn't want to work it out at all and that is beyond your control.. one thing I've learned in life is…

Aleve has been my friend everyday since I started working out 4 months ago. The only days some part of me isn't sore is.... well actually I'm not sure I've had one.

When I got calluses I was pretty proud of them, until my husband was holding my hand and he commented on how rough they were. He went out and bought me gloves the next day. I have gotten used to them and now really like them. They give me a little padding on the bar and keep my hands a little softer and nicer to hold.

You don't..

How do I join this???

HOLY CRAP, I just came across this post I can't believe how many people have commented on it. My husband and I are going to start in Oct. we want to run outside as long as we can. We did P90X about 1 year ago for 4 months. Then it just sat there. But after my husband had his last physical and his triglyceride level was…

No it won't--- I'll be up too many times at night to pee and I won't get any sleep.

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU---- I have had this problem for the last 3 weeks. It usually happens after my Saturday run and lasts all Saturday and into Sunday. Dehydration explains it.. It's been hot and I run later in the day on Saturday's and sweat like a pig. Durning the week I run early in the morning so it's cooler…

From a women's point of view, mine at least, bald is sooo sexy. Add a goatee to that and OH MY... Avoid the comb over at all cost. Just makes it sad...

Same here- I have the Polar FT7 and love it. I also wasn't sure about the chest strap but I don't even notice it. One day I went for a walk at lunch during work and was in with my second patient of the day before I realized that I still had that chest strap on. I also love in information I get off of it and having the…

When I look at this picture I can't believe it's the same person. The eyes are the same but you look like your about 13... I don't say this about other women often but " WOW Very beautiful".

What time of the day are you working out? When I was working out in the afternoon's or evenings I had that problem too, but since I started working out in the morning- I usually sleep like a baby for at least 7 hours (of course it could be getting up at 4:30 am that does that, by 9:30 pm I'm out like a light.)

I'm glad to see I'm not the only one with this problem. It happens all the time. I've learned to take my rings off before I work out.

Have you tried adding vinegar to steamed spinach? I love to steam it add about 2-3 tsp of vinegar and some sea salt. It really brings out the flavor.

It sounds like you might be a little home sick. I didn't check out your profile but if you are young and on your own for the first time in a new place and away from family you might be having good ole homesickness. You might need to change your view on life. Life is an adventure- if you just stay in one place sure you'll…

by the way I'm really sorry to hear about your Scooter-- he was so cute.

This is coming from someone who HATES it when people, who in my opinion and my eyes have great bodies or are thin complain that they are soooo fat and need to loose weight. So this is the flip side of your rant. I'm 240 lbs and I hate it when ,or maybe hate is too strong a word, it bothers me when I see someone who appears…

We have 4 local pizza places in our area, way better than the chains. We did stop ordering pepperoni and anything extra. Usually stick to ground beef or canadian bacon on thin crust or we make our own. Schwan's has a very good frozen starter crust that we use and just keep it simple and light. We eat pizza at least once a…

The miltary has providers who have GYN training. I had 2 babies while being miltary and I saw OB/GYN doctors, they also have women serving who need GYN care. You can ask your current provider to refer you to one. If he ( I assume it's a he because of how he reacted to you telling him you had your period all the time) won't…

Wow- you look fantastic. Amazing.

I had this same experience just last week. I had been running/jogging about 3-4 times a week and thought that was good, then also due to a storm, I stayed inside and did the P90X plyometrics workout- which I hadn't done in about a month, since I was jogging. OMG, I couldn't sit on the toilet or do stairs comfortably for a…

Honestly, it doesn't look like either one gives you enough support. I personally love some of the swim dresses they have now. They are flattering and have lots of support for those of us with ample assets. You can swim and play around in them and don't have to worry about "falling out". You can go from beach to boardwalk.…

Oh, I'm gonna try this one.
