That hurts. It's my downfall, I have to admit on the weekends (Friday/Saturday nights), it's unusual that I DON'T go through a bottle of dry red each night. Having said that, watching the rest of my intake over the week and working out a lot more, I've still managed to lose 15 lbs in the last 3 months.

Tried it last night, really good. I used 3 full eggs and egg whites of two more eggs (I was hungry, hadn't been able to eat much all day). With a small piece of pork tenderloin, a bowl of fresh spinach with a little dressing and fresh tomatoes, and a small glass of wine I was a pretty happy camper :)

Cool, I may even try it for dinner tonight. I'll probably just do 3 eggs though, is there a reason you go with the egg white?

I *love* franks and I *love* eggs... I'm going to try this, maybe even tomorrow morning before my workout. Do you scramble them or how do you cook them?
