Getting enough protein, without too much fat?

Cool, I may even try it for dinner tonight. I'll probably just do 3 eggs though, is there a reason you go with the egg white?0

I use egg whites because I like to taste, makes them feel a little fluffier and there is no fat in egg whites, all proteins. Then I can save my fat for other goodies in the day0

Tried it last night, really good. I used 3 full eggs and egg whites of two more eggs (I was hungry, hadn't been able to eat much all day). With a small piece of pork tenderloin, a bowl of fresh spinach with a little dressing and fresh tomatoes, and a small glass of wine I was a pretty happy camper0
