I second this because although you feel your journey is/has been more difficult you have to realize that in the end you are not only improving your image but your long term health as well. I've learned that just because someone looks great on the outside doesn't necessarily mean they don't have unseen health issues.…

I did the butterfly kicks, jumping jacks and I already did the lunges (I thought they were next Lol). I'll do the jump squats tomorrow and do something extra on Saturday. Today I went swimming and performed exercises while in the pool to burn calories and help with my lower back issues (got to kill 2 birds w/ 1 stone Lol)…

Been parking farther away in the shopping center, walking to the mailbox as opposed to driving by, performed squats and leg lifts in my cubicle.

Sounds like negative criticism to me. You know the hard work you put into looking and feeling the way you do about yourself, don't allow mean spirited and jealous people to ruin your success.

I reached 240lbs., I felt like crap and began having health issues.

I turn on the music and dance or another out of the box calorie burner is to go out and do yard work not only in my yard but those of 3 or 4 other neighbor's (for me it's theraputic & fun).
