I'm on day 41....I'd make them up on your rest days, so continue your programme but Over next 2 weeks miss your rest day and do the workout you missed. It's hard but insanity isn't easy, good luck, it's worth it

I completed insanity last summer, the body shape changes were amazing and my fitness levels were at they're best. I'm restarting again tommorow. I know it's hard but keep those scales hidden, you'll see the difference in your jeans......believe me! Good luck Add me Tracy

Hi there I love both les mills combat and insanity!!! combat is certainly the easier option (although still hard) its prob a better way to go to start with. Once you feel you can manage combat try insanity but be warned it is very high impact and kills your knees. I have arthritis in both knees and can struggle after…

I log mine as high impact aerobics as I too don't have a heart rate monitor......prefer to under estimate than over !!

I have porridge, you can buy the pots that you simply add water to and microwave. I add few sunflower or pumkin seeds too. Fills me up and is only 242 calories, yum

As long as it is just once in a while and u are careful what u eat the rest of the day, its not a problem.....but i do feel guilty when i log it and realise i cant eat for the rest of the day!!!!!!!!!! and i agree order a smaller size :-)

I broke my leg last year and its awful not being able to do the excercise you want to do. I did lots of arm weights, arm bike, sit ups and did do a few boxercise classes with my arms only once i was off crutches!! However when i was on crutches, gym health & saftey meant i wasnt allowed in even just to do upper body…

Ive had lots of sinus problems in the past, best way is head over a bowl of steam and deep breathing (or steam room if u can get to one!) You can add some oils/decongestants to the water too Better than painkillers anyday tracy x

Hi ive been doing zumba 3 times a week for past month (gym class though) and have noticed a huge diff in my abdo area!! my jeans are loose and my bum is firming up, ita a great workout...yes i think it appeals to women more but we have a handful of men who come and love it.
