  • Hi It looks good maybe look at you salt/sodium intake and drink lots of water/fluids. Make sure your eating enough as stated above. Also strength training is supposed to be really good for boosting metabolism and burning calories. Tracey

  • I have changed diary to public and weight loss I want to be 126 lbs I am 133 now. So far I have just been doing cardio walking and exercise bike as I felt I needed to start off this way just to get back into doing exercise again. Is cardio on its own not enough? Tracey
