2lbs weight loss!!
Hi I started doing exercise and tracking my calorie intake about 3 months ago, i do go over my calories once a week (weekends mainly) at least and I have been eating most of my calories back. I stopped eating a lot of rubbish food (biscuits, chocolate, crisps, takeaways), I am drinking more water but i still only have 2lbs…

Hi I just wondered if anyone still eats bread (sandwiches or toast) as a meal while trying to lose weight or is this classed as processed food? I currently eat best of both hovis bread, but im thinking bread is not a great option. can anyone suggest any healthier alternatives? Thanks Tracey

Hi I bought an exercise bike about 2 weeks ago and have used it everyday for 25 minutes at a vigorous pace, I am mainly always under my calorie goal by 1-200 calories.
