Hi
Please view my diary any feedback appreciated. My aim is to lose a little weight, I was 135 lbs, am now 133 lbs still a size 12 want to get back into size 10s. and just be more fit and strong in general.

Seems ok - apart from yesterday's lunch :O) I prefer more protein than carb as it fills me for longer but that's just my preference. Think the best thing is to eat 'clean' - fresh rather than packaged, but there's not too much of the packaged stuff in your diary, lots of water, exercise if you can, etc. You've lost already though so you're obviously doing something right!0

Personally, I'm not a big fan of protein shakes.
But your evening dinners look great - good protein and lots of veg.
I'd check what orange juice you are selecting from the database - it's bound to have sugar.0
