Hi
I just wondered if anyone still eats bread (sandwiches or toast) as a meal while trying to lose weight or is this classed as processed food? I currently eat best of both hovis bread, but im thinking bread is not a great option. can anyone suggest any healthier alternatives?

I eat Ezekiel 4:9 Organic Sprouted Grain Bread.
It comes in the frozen area of your health food section.
it is 100% organic, and has absolutly NO PERSERVATIVE or ADDITIVES (which is why it must be kept frozen.)
the ingredients list is absolutely amazing and 100% clean.
I always get the "Low Sodium" kind, because it actually has NO salt... seriously.
