Hello, I'm a 29 year old mother of 1. I'm planning on starting the program as soon as it arrives (hopefully by Friday). My husband has agreed to do the kick start with me and I'm hoping to wrangle him into completing the program to help keep me motivated! I'm looking forward to seeing some big results...I'm done…

D12 L2 done last night. I'm really starting to see a big difference in my tummy and arms, they're really toning up, I don't think my stomach was even this flat before I had my baby! I can almost do an unmodified push up completely which I never even dreamed of doing before! :)

D11 L1 done last night along with a 4 1/2 mile run...yay...I'm back in the swing of things! :)

D9 L2 done! Feeling great! JoEllen92 - That sounds great, good luck! gjspiller - Don't feel bad, I've gained 2 lbs this last week. Just keep in mind that you're probably gaining muscle and losing inches. You're doing great considering your accident, just keep it up! :smile:

D9 L1 Done! I also jogged 4.5 miles yesterday and boy did it feel good, springtime is almost here! :)

Soooooo...I've gained a pound, but I know it's muscle because my measurements are going down! Slowly but surely! :laugh:

You can get it at Target, Walmart, or you can order it pretty cheap off of Amazon, regardless of where you get it it's under $10. Good luck!:smile:

OK, D8 L3 freakin' killed! That workout was hard but soooooo worth it, my abs still feel like they're contracting! I'm so proud of everyone, it sounds like you're doing an awesome job! @ TakeOne - I definitely think my right side is stronger than my left, in when I wear the right side is always slightly tighter on my right…

Finished D7 L2 yesterday (took two days off over the weekend) and it wasn't too shabby. :)

L2 D5 I jumped ahead to level 2 five days early because I wanted a change and I loved it! I think I'm going to start cycling through a different level each day so I don't get bored. Has anyone else tried doing that?

I started the Shred on Monday the 7th and am getting ready to do my 5th workout today on level 1. So far I feel great, just a little soreness in my knees, but nothing too bad. My husband attempted to do it with me the other night and only got 2 minutes into before he gave up! :) I'm looking forward to puching myself up to…

D4 L1 done! I am totally lovin' this workout, I feel great afterwards (not so great during but 20 minutes is nothing)! Congrats to everyone else who's sticking with it! I'm sorry to hear that some of you have had injuries, I hope you heal fast and are able to join us again soon! :)
