I've heard of this happening before. Is it a real period, or just spotting? Sometimes you get break thru bleeding on the pill in the middle of the month and that can be normal depending on how "much" it is. If it happens again talk to your doctor.

I agree, I cant give up pasta or bread. Just keeping the portion size down.

You can't escape carbs for the rest of your life. What I find is just to keep them to a minimum. If you do eat bread, make it a healthy choice like whole grain or multi grain. Everything in moderation.

I like White Tea too, its less bitter I think.

I like Green Tea, but I found it a little bitter at first. I try and stay away from adding sugar in my drinks but I got used to it. White tea is good too.

The plan that MFP made for me also put me on 1200 calories a day. Its really hard b/c you have to limit your meals to about 400 calories a day...that includes drinks and snacks. The good news is, if you work out you can add this and you are alloted more calories. It kinda motivates you to work out a little more if you ate…
