Yeah, I just finished the Plyo workout. I over-ate last night, and was feeling extra lazy today - I almost skipped the workout today, but I'm so glad I didn't! I'm looking forward to next week. I peaked at next week's video just to see how long it was, and it was like 30 minutes. I might add in some yoga to next week too.

That's me! :flowerforyou:

I agree with you. 1200 is very low. Trust yourself and your instincts!

Started week 4 today - woo hoo!

I personally do not count them, but I know you do still burn after your workout - which is an awesome thing!! I just think of it as extra credit.

First of all, congratulations on losing 60 lbs in a year! That's awesome!!! I don't think 2 weeks is long enough to consider yourself on a plateau. I find with my own body and weight loss that it take a couple of weeks to get things going. How many calories are you currently eating every day? Are you logging everything you…

That's so encouraging to hear! I'm in week 3 and I've only lost 1.5 lbs, but I feel better/stronger and my jeans fit better already.
-
Me too!

Definitely varies person to person -- height, weight, and heart rate all play a factor. I wear a HRM and I consistently burn in the 400's for each Insantity workout, but I'm 5'11, 185 lbs. Not sure which calorie burn calculator you are referring to, but I've found this one to be helpful. Doesn't appear to have Insanity on…

Day 9 = Completed! I woke up sore and tired today, and almost didn't get up to do my workout, but I'm sure glad I did! My arms and shoulders are sore today, but that's a good sign, eh? I sure hope the scale moves down this week...we shall see. How's everyone doing?
-
I finished my first week of Insanity. The scale didn't move, but I feel great! I feel stronger and cardio is better. YAY ME!
-
Same here! Keep it up! :drinker:
-
I disagree. I think they are great.

Does your HRM have a chest strap?

Day 1 Fit Test = COMPLETE!

OF COURSE ... frickin got sick! UGH! I've been debating w/myself all day whether or not to attempt to do Day 1 today, but seeing that I can't really breathe, I don't think it's going to happen today. Damn allergies!!! I hope you all had a great workout today, and I'll start ASAP!...I promise!
