I do this too when I make egg salad, mix it up for color, consistency and the nutrients yet not too much cholesterol along with the other veggies I add in for crunch

Just went with my husband, who is Jamaican for almost 3 weeks, 1 week at a resort in Ochos Rios and almost 2 weeks with family at our house there in Kingston (i.e. my hubby's house he had before he moved to the US as its not really a tourist destination unless you go to the bob marley museum lol). The bars on the side of…

I get all of mine from Old Navy. Their compression line, especially the pants, are really great. They also have really comfy shirts and active jackets, but i really love them for the exercise bottoms. If you have thighs that *may* rub together [*cough, cough* not that i do :ohwell: ], the compression pants are the best…

Hi All! My name is Rachel and I am once again an MFP member. I originally joined about a year ago for a couple weeks, then stopped. Then, in mid-January I started this again and have been on a great path in the right direction. I am 29, married, and looking to expand my family at some point in the near future. I am looking…

I work out in Old Navy compression pants, sports bra and a tank or t shirt. I just love the old navy pants, cause the material doesn;t pill when my thighs rub together. lol Plus, they are super comfy and cute, and I swear they are slimming. Plus, they have the zipper pouch in the back so you can put a key, fob, etc.

This! Not all salads are healthy. Just becuase its called a salad, doesn;t mean its a better meal option. You would be better off getting something else that has lower calories and fat. I would also look at the overall nutritional value of the options you like to eat, and east what is filling and have overall better…

I know exactly how you feel!!! Kind of :brokenheart: actually... The same thing happened to me today. I got the same HRM as you, which arrived yesterday afternoon. This morning, I did my second day of 30DS and the difference between what MFP estimated vs. what the HRM stated was off by 150 calories. I am actually kind of…

I want to bump this! You could also make an easy stir fry by cutting up a wide variety of vegetables (or use frozen) and saute them with a little olive oil along with either shrimp or chicken (if you dont want to cook either, you can use frozen cooked shrimp or already cooked chicken strips). Once warm, add a marinane of…

Welcome to the group!!! Feel free to add me as a friend and I will do by best to provide support!

I got tired of having nothing to wear that fit me properly, and now i refuse to buy any clothes unless at a smaller size. Also, seeing my friends start to have children and knowing that I couldn;t even try until I got my shyte together. I also love to travel, yet started to get really fearful to do so just in case I dont…

Those are awesome NSVs!!! Congrats on your accomplishments and keep up all the good work!

This is me too! Just don't give up! For the jumping jacks, I job in place while moving my arms as in a jumping jack. For the push-ups, I do as many as I can while taking no more than a 5 second break in between. I found that those two items were my worst. For me, I'll know I can move on to level 2 when I can master level…

The great thing about nuts is that they keep pretty well, and for a while. So when you do bake almonds (of which i am impressed! I always say i'm going to do this, but end up never doing) bake enough for the week or enough for several servings and pre-bag them by individual serving sizes. That way, when you want them they…
