today i tried for the first time toasted ezekiel raisin cinnamon bread, whipped cream cheese topped with strawberry slices and a glass of silk almond milk. oh. em. gee.

i always always always have CEREAL. some other things i always have... -non fat yogurt -ezekiel bread -silk soy milk/almond milk -almonds -BLUEBERRIES -papayas -applesauce -hummus -sprouts, lots and lots of sprouts -pickles -onions, celery -salsa -broccoli -mushrooms ...these are my usuals :)

what i do with my pumpkins is mix 1/2cp canned pure pumpkin, mix with 1/2c vanilla silk soy milk and add 1/2c. dry cereal or nuts. add cinnamon and nutmeg. low calorie. very filling.

i feel exaaaaaaactly the same way. it got tiring cuz id eat the same things and plan everything! i wanted to stop, but i know itd frustrate me more if i did. adding new and tasty foods to my diet helped me get over that feeling. eventually i want to get to the point where i have enough knowledge on food and nutrition where…

i was the same way too. i just recently started added lots more food to meet my calorie needs (while also hitting all my nutrients n stuff), and im maintaing/slowly losing weight. so encourage you to eat:) i know its scary. start off slow and see what and how your body reacts to the food you eat. you can add me if you like…

i was at the health food store yesterday looking for frozen treats, and i saw one that had the label almond breeze on it, i didnt grab it and have a good look at it, but im pretty sure they do.

i JUST had this yesterday! smart and delicious wrap with whole grain rye, 2tbsp tomato sauce, 1/4c mozerrella, 2tbsp olives, 1/2c mushrooms, 1 clove garlic, 1/4c onions, 1/4 cp spinach, nom nom nom!! gmta;) i am also interested in this thread. im becoming bored with my menu.

i had this problem too...still kinda do. i eat like 5-7 times throughout the day depending what time i get up, meals and snacks ranging from 200-300 calories. i stay just a little under 1200 but not too much, and i hit all my daily needs. eating every couple hrs helps, but make sure theyre healthy snacks.

i used to crave tortilla chips and salsa, now i eat celery and salsa instead, it takes care of the craving. if i have more of a sweet tooth, i eat a bowl of cereal, or some yogurt with fresh fruit.

i am always majoryly over on my carbs and sugars, sometimes proteins...but i still manage to lose weight. sodium is a tricky one. i have to monitor that one more than anything.
