  • Hey everyone!!!! I made it thru week two and lost 2 lbs in week 3. BUT even better I lost 7.5 inches!!!! I changed up my exercise routine and did some in the morning and the evening.   • Hey there! My husband and I just started doing the Power 90 DVDs. It's a slower version of the P90X but still very effective. It's been great so far, about 30 minutes per day and then you get a day off. The first week I've lost 6 lbs plus watching calories. Good luck and if you need a buddy just send me an email! Sandra
