alright, so I started this just over a week ago, and it has been great apparently! I just took my measurements, because i dont have a scale :-p and some of them have changed a lot! my love handles are down more than 2 inches!!! I am SO EXCITED to have found something that works! this gave me the extra boost I needed!

Yah I knew al that emoff :-p i just cant stay away from them! My nutrition class was really helpful for me too though. I will never eat some of the foods in the frozen food section again, because some of the pizzas have more sugar in them than the pies! WHAT is that about???

I haven't tried Herbalife, but my aunt did, and it worked for her. I dont think she was happy though. id go with more fresh fruits and veggies especially, like already suggested. If it works, let us know! :)

maybe try some healthy snacks? like cucumber slices with a little bit of ranch, or carrots, whatever floats your boat. apple slices, mandarin oranges, pea pods, just any snacky type fruit or vegetable that you can munch on, and still be healthy with :) or add somethign to your sandwiches.
