I'm going to try to do this! I've started it a few times but injured my back and a few weeks after, my ankle. I haven't done this in probably a month and a half because of those injuries. My ankle still isn't 100% but my doctor told me to wear my brace on it and I should be fine. I'm just going crazy not working out…
