its a run, walk , or whatever. its not really a race just something to have fun. mainley a goal for me to work twards.

i have talked to my doctor and he said my condition is a mild one and if i excersize it will help but to start slow. i just dont know where to start.

Me too. i am a newbie also but my daughter is now three and i have always failed at getting this weight off. I LOVE FOOD as well and its super hard. i just started this Monday so i hope it gets easier with time

I just started my diet and am drinking nothing but water all day long. I hate water but i am drinking it to help. I am using the restroom every 10 minutes. Or it seems like that. My mom said my body will eventually get use to it and will adjust.
