Make sure to get in some weight training to tone the underlying muscles. It will help you look slimmer as you slim down!

I feel you. I am having the same issues. I have changed up my exercise routine and upped my calories for a week. We'll see if this helps! (And, no, you can't possibly eat perfect all the time...have a burger and fries occasionally.) If only the weight would come off as easy as it was to put it on!

Interesting...I use a treadmill in the winter, too, and have never had any problems going between the two. I'm curious to hear what others say....

I've been running since my teens. Never below 165 pounds during this time and the heaviest I ran at was 225.

When my parent's lived in Alaska they loved seeing moose. I can remember stories they told of mama's going after people because they were worried about their babies. Glad baby finally gave up on checking you out close up!

Spices are usually calorie free or very low cal. That just doesn't make sense.

I fill it out the night before so I can budget wisely and know if I need to do a longer cardio time. Things change sometimes. I don't add my exercise until after I do it, though.

I also eat rice and other grains just the "whole" variety and I read package labels to make sure that I know all the ingredients and can read them. I do the Shred workout then I do a 20 minutes treadmill running workout. Total burn is usually around 375 calories. The burn from 30DS is just to little...I like to burn at least 300 cals.
