Based on your current weight I would say it's not safe. You're not extremely overweight so it's not feasible. Target 1 pound a week, which equals to 4 pounds per month.

I eat 3-5 times a day. Some days I have a snack, or two others I don't.I use to eat six times a day but it's too time consuming.

Take measurements, don't go so much by the scale.Take progress pictures, I take one once a week.

I've been eating between 1600-2000 a day but I'm doing a lot of cardio. Sometimes a little bit more,I eat all my exercise calories back...nom nom nom!

I eat out just about everyday, but I try to find the restaurant/eatery's menu beforehand to look at the calories and sodium. It's all about what you eat, and making the right choices. Oh and we can't forget portion control.

Get rid of unhealthy snacks in your home/apartment. I use to do the same but now I munch on power greens and carrots.

Original poster: What's your height? I think I have the record for most gained weight in a 3 year period. 165-215. That's a 50 pound difference.

Nabia, Don't give up or anyone for that matter. Remember your weight fluctuates from day to day depending on what you eat. Furthermore you always want to weigh yourself at the same time everyday if possible. Also if it's a discouraging thing only weigh yourself once a week at least at first, don't obsess over numbers…
