Hi this is by first time joining in on the challenge. I'm going to shoot for 75 miles. I average about 1.5-2 miles a day in just normal activity and I am pushing myself to run more so this challenge will hopefully help me with that too :) Thanks!

I have had mine since October and absolutely love it! Would recommend it to anyone...and I have actually. By my recommendations my mom, cousin and my boss have all gotten fitbits and love it as well.

I LOVE pizza and would typically eat pizza a least once a week. I have found that by using Flatout bread I can make a thin crust pizza with lots of veggies & turkey pepperoni and a little cheese that it does fill the void... I have a fitbit and love that it tracks my steps all day. I enter actual exercise into MFP still and they sync and MFP works out the net calories burned. I am always trying to "beat" my best day on number of steps so it has helped to make me more active too. The sleep monitor is an added bonus for me as well.

I hit 10,000 yesterday for only the 2nd time! The first time was when I did a 5K, I have just been trying to get up a lot more during the day and walk around the office. I have also been walking about 2 miles after work so that is helping too :)

My activity & food are now transferring over to fitbit...but I don't understand how the calories burned are being calculated by MFP. On fitbit it may show I burned over 2000 calories but MFP has an adjustment coming from fitbit for 300 something... Anyone know how this works? Also hope in a later update each "logged"…

Synced this morning...food diary has transferred over to fitbit but activity hasn't transferred from fitbit to MFP...any suggestions from anyone? Thanks!

Wow! Thank you all for the motivation! I was doing the "cutting back" with 1/31 as my target quit date. After ready everyones posts and especially the article I'm going to try to go cold turkey on Monday. My husband also smokes and said if I can "prove" that I can quit he will quit as well. I have always been the one to…
