Okay I weighed in as my "last" weigh in this morning at 123.9. so for this challenge I lost a total of 14.1lbs!!!!! so happy......so thankful for all of you who were here for me, if anything ill still be posting on this thread regularly and we will all need to figure out what we would like to do to try to continue this,…

SO IM NOT SURE EXACTLY HOW THE SPREADSHEET WORKS BUT IVE LOVED IT AND WOULD LIKE TO CONTINUE THE CHALLENGE TILL AT LEAST NEW YEARS......... my suggestion is to go back to the setup and choose custom and choose 40% carbs 30%fat and 30% protein......... that should help, it is hard to see what you are currently set at as your diary isnt open to the public

well then in your eyes im eating too few calories, except get this.............. i am getting results.......... but you should be happy to know i just half a large pizza in your name........ maybe ill lose 5lbs by tomorrow lmao!

so when you say move it to 1800-2000 cals is this with eating exercise calories back? Your estimated BMR is: 1,324 calories/day

i agree with the 40-30-30, however if i ate 1800-2000 calories a day i wouldnt lose any weight lol

yes alot of us do like things deep fried lol........ I used to love things deep fried ( deep fried mozzarella sticks, deep fried oreos) but now since ive been eating healthier i wouldnt be ablke to stomach those things........... okay okay maybe i could still stomach the deep fried mozzarella sticks hahahaha

I would eat something before you go out that way you wont be as hungry so you will eat a smaller portion of the bad meal.-OR- just enjoy it and get back on track!
