looking for friends around 135lbs trying to go down to 115lb
Hi, Im new to this and am so inspired by the success story posts, however I am having a hard time finding people who are around the same weight with the same weight goal, it would be nice to have this as we can keep one another on track, anyone out there around this weight or was and would like to help??

SO...... HAS ANYONE EVER JUST FELT CONSTANTLY THIRSTY NO MATTER HOW MUCH YOU GET TO DRINK??? I HAVE BEEN THIRSTY ALL DAY LONG IVE HAD 135 OUNCES AND AM STILL THIRSTY..........I USUALLY KEEP MYSELF HYDRATED JUST FINE SO I DONT THINK IM DEHYDRATED.......... COULD IT BE FROM CONSUMING SO MUCH SODIUM YESTERDAY?

how important is sodium control
Okay so everyone says sodium is super bad and makes you gain water weight and so on and so forth, but how important is lowering your sodium??? can you counteract eating alot of sodium by flushing it out by drinking alot of water??
