I absolutely love my fitbit!! I think it was a good investment. I have the fitbit one and it's been so useful to me so far as well as keep me motivated! For this kind of eating habits, I can't stress enough : CALORIE CYCLING. Eat a lot some days, and less others until you reach your weekly net of however calories you wish that correlates to how much weight you want losst. It really works so well.

Because it's too little.... truly... My friend who is 5 feet tall and 95lbs (from 120) didn't even eat that little! Slow and steady loss really is the key

It is basically focusing on a weekly net of calories instead of day to day. It is much more natural for us to eat this way. No one normally eats the same amount every day anyways off of a diet :) and you get to eat a LOT a few days a week

It sounds good, but if you ever get stuck definitely try calorie cycling... It's honestly the only thing that ever works for me and I think I will do it the rest of my life, even to maintain.
