i did whole body work out just cuz over weekend i wasn't able to use the machines i wanted due too many ppl there.soo i did arms,abs,legs&then some cardio lasted only 40 mins but i felt i need the whole body.. i wood love to drop some sizes be nice&lose the belly fat .. goal is 6 days a week with 1day to rest
