I work 12 1/2 hrs days.. 6:00am-6:30pm 2-3 days &then a cpl days off&etc.. i ve tried eating around4:30pm@work soo im not eating when i get home&before bed.. yay gonna add lifting weights
im excited going this friday to speak to a trainer to get back in to lifting weights.. id think it wood help me trim up more so than jus cardio right now.. i need a jump start.. i hope itll help me lose faster&trim me up some :)how many days should some1 do for lifting just starting out? &should i measure before ?

is it best to lift weights when im 248lbs? or jus do cardio? i need to strengthen my knees.. ive got that problem.. im gonna buy a elliptical.. i wanna do in am & pm.. i was wondering if i should join a gym for the lifting but im afraid the scale wont move.. any suggestions?

Goal 7 days of excerise for 60minutes...
Does any1think this is over doing it? or will i see faster results? i haven't been excersing as much due to injury on my leg.. now feeling better i wanna do am/pm excerise everyday.. suppose thats over doing?but i go on vacation here end of week..
