Gtk, thank you. It looks like mfp may be close for this than. I get 170 burn for 2 miles @ 4mph for my age, height, stride etc... Thanks again. Getting inspired to hit it again in a couple of hours
-
Ty, would you think Mfp is close for this. For my 90 minutes total at 4mph it gives 510 (170/2miles)?
-
I understand that. I asked for curiousity for more inspiration. I'm getting that. I find it interesting to know what others get for a burn, but Thank you

Thank you

Great burn! Mfp gives 510 burn for the 90 minutes I get at 4 mph. I actually just started finishing the walks at 87 minutes and cruise my driveway for the last 3 minutes to make up the time. This is making me curious about an activity tracker again. I am digging on the speed walking more and more. It's like a marathon with…

I understand that, so maybe i should ask this with my stats (thank you for pointing that out). I'm 47, 5.5" (stride 2.5 feet) 150 (that I know of since last weight in). Effort, I push through the first 1.5 miles feeling the throbbing burn, start sweating (run short burst walk most)... etc. Thank you again

What speed were you walking the 15km at? Mfp (from what I've read) overestimates
-
You are the ultimate achievement, leaner not lighter. Now feel good about it
-
Wouldn't that be nice! I get 75 - 85 per 15 minutes @ 4 mph.

Excellent day for you!

Mine is sharp cheddar and peanut butter (chunky). I avoided it much in the first couple of months, because an actual 2 Tbs of Pb or 1 ounce of cheese seemed like nothing. Now after two months I started adding it and am very satisfied with that amount. I could easily eat my total days calories in cheddar and peanut butter…

Great tool, Thanks! edit to correct

1.5 hours walking 4 mph, 21 minutes step aerobics 6" step (everyday), full body weights (beginner going into 4th week) 1 hour, 20 minutes @ 4 x/wk. Been keeping this up for the last month, sometimes a bit more.

Thanks

You were cute as a button before, but now your hot fabulous! Very inspiring, congrats!

I love cheesebugers, but i must have real beef and sharp cheddar. The 93% lean beef works great and w/ 2oz of cheddar, 1 tbs real mayo, a good bun, lettuce, onion and tomato, yum. Also, a banana frozen smoothie. Extra yum and in calorie goal. I was able to fit in a almond snickers w/ black coffee for later  *burgers…

That should be in a magazine! Looks lucious

Your making me think im gonna change dinner plans for tomorrow. I have a can of chick peas (no tahini though :weary: ), pita bread, that little bit of left over beef and tomatoes, I may do that myself tomorrow. Hummus needs tahini but I will figure it out. That sounds way good I'm so stuffed right now from that burger. I'm…

I'm writing these ideas down for next month. I love curry, but never had red curry lentils. I love lentils too. I have a few bags of them (dried) and I need to use them sometime

Enjoy that... Nommmmm I got to get a good recipe for Turkey meatloaf. The last one i made was a brick

Last fish tacos I had in Mexico. I gotta make those. They are scrumptious!
-
That sounds awesome. I eat like that a lot of the time.
-
It was great. I just finished it. It came to 992 calories, but I saved up for it, the smoothie and my snickers for later. Also worked out almost two hours before  10 oz real beef. I get a 3 ounce one tomorrow. That's all that's left now.
