Many thanks for your answers! Just to add: I do not have a tracker so I usually count in only half of the calories in MFP. So it would have to be 2000 cal or 1000 real calories then... And I need to do it today to balance out....

Hungry girl recipes and tips as well as subway. Or just go for a mc donalds ice cream cone or burger and combine eg with carrot stics or salad from grocery store.

Fage greek yoghurt with beaten stiff egg whites and sweetener and some vanilla bean or vanilla extract-tastes like heaven after 20 min in ice cream maker

I figured out that I often binge when I am tired (young mum). So should I sleep/rest instead? Often not possible with the little one...

Does anybody also have any chewy recipes? I think things with oats and oatmeal generally are going well...so to add somethingto the discussion: low calorie/skinny oatmeal cookies baked at home eg with applesauce or mashed banana and or sweetener prepared to save calories and make them tooth-friendlier

I was eating something between 1200 and 1600 daily before my binge, maybe 1400( and not logging every coffee ). ...hard to estimate...also you should know I am still breastfeeding a bit which might add maybe 50-100 cal a day not sure...

Update: another binge day of again 3500 cal Plus, so in total 17500 cal plus for me from last sunday evening until today evening!! On the scale it was already more than 5 kilo more this morning...and it will be probably even more tomorrow morning....

Good to hear this again written down! Thanks! But still if anybody has got some additional ideas-I would appreciate it. I need some lower calorie chewy food ideas that I can eat more of in addition to my hopefully in the future smaller posrtions of higher calorie chewy foods...
