I think you can count anything you are doing outside of laying still in your exercise. Because anything you do adds to your calories, so you want to make sure you're eating enough calories for that day. 1 hour of light cleaning allows you to eat 150 more calories!!!

I need help. I usually reach my carb level and have an extra 100-300 calories left to eat. What is a low carb food I can eat to satisfy my caloric intake?

I always seem to go over on the protein I am supposed to have. Is there such a thing as too much protein? I like to eat a lot of turkey and chicken.
