Is there a food I can eat around 200 calories - no carbs?

I need help. I usually reach my carb level and have an extra 100-300 calories left to eat. What is a low carb food I can eat to satisfy my caloric intake?

    If you are not a vegetarian, check out roasted chicken leg. You can adjust the calories by drumstick only, or thigh only, etc.

    what about plain tuna fish wrapped in a lettuce leaf? I haven't really checked out the facts on it yet though
  • I'm not sure how many calories, but I usually have a mozzarella cheese stick in my fridge that does the trick!

    Baked tortilla chips and salsa will give you about 200 calories if you eat accurate serving sizes. I like peach and mango salsa!
