  • Wow what great responses thanks! I hit a what now moment when I got to my goal so I got certified and now I am a spin instructor and I run. I just completed my 1st triathlon and there is no end in sight. If I can do it anyone can, slow and steady is all it takes, the hardest part is in the beginning when you have to build…
  • I'm 5'7 and a half so we are about the same. I run between 153 at my lowest and 160 . I wear between a size 10 and 12. I'd like to be solidly a 10 but that is the way it goes. I am around 25 percent body fat.
  • I'm glad I'm not alone, my husband is getting fed up with me because I tend to be obsessed with it. I wish surgery was and option but money and recovery time it's not. Maybe one day it will be but at least for now I can remember I'm not the only one.
  • I love water but I tend to run low anyway, so thirst isn't always a good indicator for me

  • Excellent I'm so glad you did it! because it is way better to see the fat percent go down when the scale doesn't. Happens a lot if you are putting on muscle! Most fitness centers have fat testing equipment.
  • I should have said that better. I want to put my before and after pictures in the success stories (I don't know what this is called forum??) but I don't know how to post them
