I am 5-4 and 190 pounds. I am walking for 20 minutes= 72 burned calories, bicycling for 15 minutes= 151 burned calories, step aerobics with 6-8 inch step for 20 minutes=244 calories burned and running in place for 20minutes=230 burned calories. I am getting my calories burned from exercises on MFP.

I am eating 1200 calories and it added 697 calories for my exercises which gave me a total of 1897 calories today.

I am 5 - 4 and weigh 186 and i did the circuit training for 20 minutes and it told me 220 calories. Does that sound right? Thanks so much for you help!! Now I just need for everyone to keep me motivatied to keep doing it everynight!! Thanks again!!!

I am trying to put this in under my exercise and can't find it. Do you mind telling me how please. I am trying to keep up with everything.

Okay now I so confused. I asked yesterday and everyone pretty much told me that I was supposed to eat my extra calories from exercise. I want to lose weight not maintain it. What do I do???

I work out two days from 6-7 and on one from 10-11. I burn 853 calories on the kickboxing. Where do you find healthy food with that many calories? I am not trying to sound crazy this is just all new to me!! Thanks for your help!!
