I think people should pay attention to how they feel! If you feel good on a certain number of calories, then eat that number of calories, if you feel sick and unhealthy on a x number of calories, then change it! Do whatever works for you!

Well if you want to lose fat In One area you got to lose everywhere! But on the blogilates channel on youtube she has some lower belly exercises to help tone up that area. Hope I helped!

OP just asked what where healthy and unhealthy foods and that what I gave her, however that just for health and to make weight loss easier. In order to lose weight you have to meet your carbs and fats and proteins without going over and being in a energetic deficit over I period time. :P
