I grill up a chicken breast and bring along some fresh pineapple salso to put on top.

I eat them nearly every morning at work. I use unsweetend vanilla almond milk and strawberries. I have also added in avacado, almonds and mandarin oranges before too. Bananas, even though they are a bit high in sugar are fantastic with the almond milk and oatmeal! Enjoy.:smile:

I totally understand. Last week after being sooooooo good, I declared one day a "chocolate cake day". I baked the cake and had a huge slice after dinner. I let my kids eat what was left over for breakfast and rid myself of the temptation day two! ONce in a while... it's just worth it!:happy:

Hi everyone, I am under my calories, fat and carbs but have gone considerably over my protein allowance. How does that effect my overall daily allowances for everything?
