weight gain redistribution

Hi everyone, I am under my calories, fat and carbs but have gone considerably over my protein allowance. How does that effect my overall daily allowances for everything? i was just reading about negative calorie foods. Basically, fruits and veggies you can eat that have less calories than it takes for the body to digest them. Has anyone done this kind of diet? I am curious if this can really help.
