  • I'm 43, 5Ft 3 - 5Ft 4in and started my weight loss journey at 157 pounds. I'm now down to 146, my initial goal was to lose 1 stone (14 pounds) so I'm 3 pounds off that. I'd ideally like to try and get below 140lbs, but I'm very curvy and don't necessarily want to lose anything off my FF :-)
