Interesting time, injured my knee in Jan, made it worse in Feb coming back too early, two year ends at my new job (we have Dec and our parent Co has Mar), every week I was the…

Good to see you all racking up the miles. I am finally back on the bike. Now to get my garmin connected!

Happy birthday @Tramboman Feb has sucked, I hope all of us with injuries and tribulations are going to see a better March. Quite honestly I am sticking two fingers up to Feb and moving on!

I have done nothing in February with a dodgy knee. Time to get back into the groove!

Rock on March!!! I barely ran in Feb with a dodgy knee. Starting tomorrow I am back walking / running / cycling to work rather than taking the car. Listened to my body however ther is only so much 'resting' I can take! People sometimes see something in us that we don't @hanlonsk and you have taken the leap as within you…

I'm going with nuts amazing!!

and you are so ****** special @katharmonic (hopefully that doesn't sound weird 🤔) Wowzers @rheddmobile - I know lockdown is boring however please stop making up your own extreme sports for our health as well as yours 😊 Glad you are okay @Avidkeo and being in medicine does help - I put my dodgy knee down to a dodgy knee,…

Hope they find a solution. My knee pain turned out to be my calf and glutes not releasing properly and pulling my knee in the wrong dorection which then caused the pain. My knee itself was fine. Still resting which makes me bored!
-
Fantastic news @katharmonic You will get back into it @rheddmobile just left, right, left, left, left, right - or is that the hokey cokey? Still resting - BORED!
-
Good to have you on board @swauters and welcome to the mad house!

Welcome @slender04 Great challenge @Teresa502 Fantastic race @avidkeo and after the recovery process a really impressive time Stay safe @quilteryoyo I'm scared to think what mileage you will do when the snow clears @AlphaHowls First stretch for a week today to just test the knee out. It's like somebody wrote an exam question just for me! Both the forerunner and fenix are due a new models this year. The FR955 was ready and is only held back as they don't want the varying lockdowns in countries to hinder the opening month sales boost that new garmins get. Fenix 7 is due towards the end of the year. This…

As an Asics fan I never buy the current model, mine are always 2-3 years old. When new models come out I do try them and there is such little difference in the shop I cannot tell why I am paying more. There will be some tech advances and some marketing BS to make sure they sell new shoes every year though I look at it that…

Congratulations @hipari and a lovely start to the new year!

RGT seems to be catching on, is it worth it?

Back on the plan today with a 10k+. Knee started screaming at me on an incline half way through and it hurt to walk, gave it a rub and a whack, walked for around 500 yards until I was back on the flat, started to run and it seemed fine for the second half? Great run @marisap2010 All of you with your medals made me realise…

The grass may be greener because they have a septic tank issue!

Good running everyone. A little shy on the miles myself over the last week however the Run the World team as=re splash effortlessly through the North Atlantic as we near Sao Miguel. Hopefully we get some company in this stretch...

Time to play devil's advocate - not dressing this up nicely 😈 I was on MFP for 4 years before I took it seriously. The motivation is always within you. If you are overweight and want to lose weight you will, you just have to want it more than those doughnuts or more than sitting on your butt for hours. You have started for…
