I can feel the apathy creeping in across MFP. Is it the change in seasons? Let's give it some pumpkin spice kick *kitten* for the next few weeks 😊

Good news Beka, *hugs* to everyone

Sorry to hear about your Grandma @hipari If there are 100 people relying on the company why are only 4 of you taking all of the strain? Who needs to step up and take some tasks from you so you can take some from the CEO? Good succession planning and training opportunity? Also what happens when your CEO goes on annual…

One day at a time @hipari and if you have achieved all you can then nothing more can be done. Anything else that happens was never under your control in the first place.

We are nailing it people!!! 😊
-
Huge amounts of luck @ContraryMaryMary and thank you for making the finish for Team Make Tomorrow Better get over the finishing line!!
-
Crickey @Tramboman that is one loooooong post! 😊
-
Nice going @AzarielMoon - I am really not sure I will look right at my 'healthy' weight though we will see. Once I lose the viceral fat around my belly we will see 😊 Start weight 270.0 lbs in May '19 Sep start - 204.8 lbs 06/09 - 202.2 lbs 13/09 - 199.7 lbs Goal weight 188.0 lbs

Lovely run along the front this morning! Over to @hanlonsk for that last bit over the finish...
-
Sorry, a little brag-ish

SW : 270 GW : 199 (initially) now 188 06/09 - 202.2 ... 2.6 ... 67.8 13/09 - 199.7 ... 2.5 ... 70.3 Total weight lost 70.3 lbs, 11.7 lbs to my revised goal. One-derland!!! 😊

Just a 5k this morning in the BM challenge. Sets it up nicely for a 10k down the seafront tomorrow and then @hanlonsk can bring it home :)

RAOK doubled up which was nice. Bought some vouchers for Greggs bakery and was out out to give them to people sleeping rough and a car was parked with a flat tyre. Why they had been given a parking ticket was beyond me. I paid the ticket on my phone and left a note. Their day seemed bad enough already.

I'm pretty sure we could make a TV series out of your life @Camaramandy648 😊 The 5 year old run sounds hilarious and frustrating in equal measures @Faebert , fun if you were only having to watch! I am in Eastbourne in the south of England. Not a run day today so just the extended run to the shops to keep the miles ticking…

@imgwendolyn2015 I hope the fund raiser does as well as possible. Obviously these situations are highly stressed and I only hope you day goes without unnecessary barbs. If it helps I was once told 'if you wouldn't take advice from someone why would you listen to their criticism?' - came in handy on more than one occassion.
-
Unfortunately yes. Apparently it takes a while for your body to adjust and 10k is as far as I can go even then didn't feel good. I have to admit it - I love carbs!
-
Set out for 10k - made 10k! Very, very, VERY slowly. To be fair this is probably good training for when I actually get to run the last few miles of a marathon as I am running with pretty much no energy to call on.

Set out for 10k - made 10k! Very, very, VERY slowly. Still made it so it looks like the challenge is ago @PastorVincent To be fair this is probably good training for when I actually get to run the last few miles of a marathon as I am running with pretty much no energy to call on.

This needs to be the law. We need a list of offences that allow you to give someone a bop on the nose; 1. Bragging about losing weight whilst putting in zero effort 2. Lining up several people abreast across a foot path and not giving any room when somebody comes along 3. Reaching over someone for something when shopping…
-
Not a run day for me today though I need to keep the odometer ticking along so I did a longer route to the shops and ran 1.35 miles for the challenge. @kristinajeang wowzer, hope you heal quickly Happy 32nd Anniversary @WandaVaughn and apparently the ‘modern’ gift for 32 years is associated with transportation – who came…

A blip @Beka3695 Simply, life isn't easy, everything is a choice, what do you want? Do you need help getting there? If so we are here for you.
-
@hipari you have done this, you know how it works, what it takes, comparison is the killer of happiness, be you, you are awesome :)
-
Made the family keto rochers - came out very nicely :)
-
It is really cool being able to see progress on the marathon map. Thank you so much @rheddmobile :)
-
Yay! Set out for 5 miles and made 5 miles. When my body runs out of energy I start with the rock'n'roll and head bobbing so I focus on form and made it. It was really slow, nearly 50 seconds a mile slower than carb-running. The pressure!!! I'm not sure homw many characters we can have @rheddmobile but how about 'Make…
-
Thanks @shanaber and @T1DCarnivoreRunner so I look forward to the next few weeks! It looks like it may take some time for my running energy to pick up @hanlonsk and I would be happy for you to join me if you haven't already been snapped up? Cheers, Bob!
-
Thanks @rheddmobile - received and accepted
-
I have sent you a message earlier today @rheddmobile and would like to do this
-
Yay! Weekly winners! Had to be with so many great losses being posted. Well done all!!! Sorry to hear about the running @Beka3695 Got to be honest @kilobykilo I'm in a groove and don't want to change anything. I have the same boredem issue so I am going running shoe on-line shopping. I might post some shoe-porn shortly!
-
Many happy returns @martaindale Hope you have better news from your Dad @Marisap2010 & nice medal! Day 11 of keto complete and my body has not learnt how to convert fat to energy yet. Set out for 6 miles today and 2 miles in the cramps started. I can't tell if it is my body searching for carbs that aren't there or trying…
