SW : 270 GW : 199 (initially) now 188 30/08 - 204.8 ... 2.7 ... 65.2 06/09 - 202.2 ... 2.6 ... 67.8 Total weight lost 67.8 lbs, 14.2 lbs to my revised goal. I am aware that a good chunk of the recent loss is water weight from 11 days of keto though it doesn't stop me smiling 😊

Tried the Misfits vegan low carb protein bars - not bad, a touch dry so have a drink on hand but overall get the thumbs up!

I need to get a run in though this change to keto is zapping everything in me a the moment. Going to try to start with a 5k and see how it goes.

My daughter has gone vegan for a year and now thrown keto into the mix so vegan, gluten free, pumpkin spice doughnuts might be just the trick as they can't have anything in them!!! We are waiting on vegan / keto protein bars to turn up at the moment. I am giving keto running a trial for a month which should be interesting!

Many congratulations on your anniversary @hipari 😊

No mileage commitment this month, I am supporting the rest of my household on a keto diet and during my first week anything above a 5k is a no-go. I will commit to running 3 days a week minimum and see how it goes.

It was just this week we lost him @Beka3695 due to an underlying heart condition. There are lots of tributes on the 'August 2020 Monthly running challenge' thread. A good friend from the group has been in touch with the family through FB and we attended the funeral via streaming. PV had hired a coach and was aiming for a…
