I weighed in on Jan 2 at 259!!!. My goal weight is 180 lbs. The weight loss journey has been a yo-yo for me. Since summer 2016 I have been on a downhill and packed back on the 20lbs I lost, plus an additional 12lbs. Looking for the support to stay on track this time!!

I'm in. Started on Monday. My goal is 2lbs per week, but I'm all game for 20lbs by March 1.

Thanks MW. I definitely do not see it as a season to deprive myself - I ate whatever I wanted just did portion control and included exercise. It's just that there were a series of events that threw me off course. I maintained my gym membership for the last two years, although I wasn't going... because I knew that one day…
