You may have water weight, try drinking more water, if you are not drinking enough. Ironically this may help.

I agree with the used bike advice. I bought an excellent road bike off Craigslist, including the helmet, lock, gloves, and car rack for 125. Mixed greens, dried cranberries (or raisins) , feta cheese, sliced sweet peppers (or red onion) avocado. I use Newman's low fat dressing.

Vitamin C is water soluable. After about 500 to 1000 units you'll lose it in your urine. I don't believe C is toxic but I think, (look it up) excess amounts may cause kidney stones. In this case more isn't always better.

I was doing 100 miles a week until recently. But, I lost my motivation. I hope this challenge helps me get back on the saddle.
