Well Jillian looked to be sweating a little too so I dont think this level will ever be a breeze. I look forward to the day that I can make it though without feeling like I'm going to die. lol

I hate planks and level 2 has lots of them. I did level 2 today and found out very quickly my shoulders and core need a lot more work. I will definitely spend more time on level 2. I think I will alternate level 1 & 2 every few days for a couple of weeks.

If all else fails try doing 40-30-30. 40% Protein 30% Carbohydrates 30% Fats Best of luck to ya!

Yes, your sodium limit is correct. If you cant go over that then great. Some say no more then 1,500 but that is just to hard for me cause I love love love hot sauce and its basicly vinegar and salt.
