i totally agree with this statement. i loveeeee hoagies, and i eat one probably about once a month. the day i eat one, i make sure i work out after and it makes me feel much better about eating it.

I'm 5'4 and I'm currently 200lbs (most of the fat is in my stomach and arms) my goal weight is around 175-170lbs. I'm about 12-13 in jeans. I won't look good any less than 170lbs. Body structured weird :/

i already do it actually, and i do exercise and diet. it sped up my metabolism. im not sure if it was the green tea or not, but i'd lose half a pound a DAY. sounds crazy but its true. i actually like the taste of green tea, so i drink it a lot
